The CWG looks at the commercial issues that affect the industry and develop guidance and EFFC supported solutions to contractual issues. Some of the current topics it is looking at include

• Mutual recognition of rig operator standards
• Working Platform Certificates
• Collaborative contracts
• BIM
• Sustainability
